Facere Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”) provides FTpass Visitor Management services to you (“Customer”) subject to this agreement. By accessing or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
This agreement applies to paid services, free trials, and proof-of-concept deployments. Services include the FTpass application, website, software, data, reports, and related tools.
The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the services. Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and ensuring authorized access only.
Customers may not reverse engineer, modify, sublicense, resell, or misuse the software. Usage must comply with all applicable laws including data protection and privacy regulations.
Customers are responsible for required equipment such as tablets, internet access, and related hardware unless explicitly included in a service order.
Services are intended solely for internal business use. Customers must not use the platform for unlawful communication, spam, harassment, malware distribution, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Fees are defined in the applicable service order. Pricing may be revised for future terms. Customers authorize advance billing and are responsible for applicable taxes.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice in case of material breach. Upon termination, customer data may be exported within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and customer data. Aggregated or anonymized usage data may be used to improve services.
Customers retain ownership of visitor and employee data. The Company is granted limited rights to process such data solely to deliver and improve services.
Use of FTpass services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
All software, content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Facere Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
Services are provided “as is”. The Company disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the six months prior to the claim.
This agreement is governed by Indian law. It constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings.
FTpass aims for 99.5% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure. Support is provided via email during business hours.
Errors are categorized by severity with defined response times ranging from 1 hour to 4 business days depending on impact.
